Location Various Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 34093.08 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 54321.64 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Six months of experience in general construction, manual labor, security or traffic control are required. Must possess a Driver’s license and must have own transportation. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays. Recruitment Notes This is a Part-Time position. This position performs spotting and escorting to allow movement of construction personnel, equipment, and materials that may infringe in the station’s platforms and upon the 30′ drip line or safety zone of the DTPW Guideway, Metrorail and Metromover. DTPW Construction & Facilities Monitor will communicate from the station platforms and other adjacent locations with DTPW personnel as needed. Employees in this classification are responsible for taking measures to ensure the safety of the DTPW patrons, employees, property, and the public. The employees will utilize the Standard Operating Procedures (Metrorail, Metromover, Track & Guideway, and Facilities Maintenance) as guidelines when assigned to the duties of spotting and escorting. Must be able to work with equipment in an outdoor environment and physical requirements include repetitive bending, pulling, standing, looking, communication and walking.
