We are currently seeking a Traffic Controller to join our team. We value service-oriented individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, work well within a team, are highly motivated and energetic, have an interest in vehicles, and are interested in full-time employment. The Traffic Controller is responsible for managing the flow of vehicular traffic in high-traffic areas such as hotel entrances, event venues, private residences, and valet stations. This position ensures the safe and organized movement of vehicles, maintains accessible routes for guests, and contributes to the efficiency of valet services in a luxury environment. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to designated valet drop-off and pickup zones. Monitor and regulate traffic patterns to prevent congestion and ensure safety for guests and pedestrians. Collaborate closely with valet staff to facilitate smooth operations and timely vehicle retrieval. Greet residents and guests professionally, providing clear instructions and assistance related to valet services. Set up and remove cones, barricades, signage, and safety equipment as necessary to direct traffic flow. Maintain ongoing communication with the Valet Manager and supervisors via radio or direct communication. Observe surroundings for potential hazards or obstructions and report incidents or unsafe conditions promptly. Assist in managing traffic during special events or periods of high guest volume. Remain alert, approachable, and professional at all times to support guest and resident satisfaction. Uphold the company’s professional image with discretion and integrity. Provide support for valet services operations as needed.

Schedule:

The schedule for this position will be Tuesday to Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. Maintain a professional and clean appearance. Be punctual and reliable. Must be at least 18 years old. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). Valid Florida Driver’s License. Clean driving record. Ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles (preferred). Ability to drive, run and stand for extended periods.
