Duties include setting up warning signs and cones, using handsignals or flags to guide traffic, and communicating effectively withcrew members to ensure safety and efficiency. Must remain alert, followsafety protocols, and work in various weather conditions. Employees maybe required to be on their feet for 12+ hours aside from scheduledbreaks.
