A ger’s job is to control and direct traffic around construction sites, road work areas, and other locations where normal traffic flow is disrupted. They use hand signals, s, and other signaling devices to ensure the safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians, and to protect construction workers. Must meet screening criteria.
