A Crew Member can expect to help with setting up work zones, actively maintaining those work zones, and ensuring the safety of our clients, the public, and fellow crew members. Crew Members are trained at a local office and dispatched from the same yard/office.

Manager and Staff Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to react to hazards and move quickly
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with crew and the public
• Ability to use a control signaling device (stop/slow paddle)
• Must pass a company-provided flagger certification course (e.g., ATSSA or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred

• Friday (Weekends are a plus as well)
• Comfortable standing for 8-12 hours per day, walking 1-2 miles per day, and lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day, in all types of weather conditions.
