Construction Laborer/ Flagger J.L. Hartley Inc 2630 Winfield Avenue, Scranton, PA 18505 Laborer – What Will You Do?

BUILD AMERICA

– Assist in multiple aspects of utility and road jobs across the Northeast Pennsylvania. Assist hardworking teammates in shoveling and site preparation. Assist in the placement of topsoil and other landscape/construction materials Operate and maintain small equipment. Work as a team to complete jobs safely and on time. Learn the “ins and outs” of the roadway and other construction trades so you can support teammates. Requirements – Who Are We Looking For? Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn. Team Mindset – Working together to acheive a common goal. Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required. High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and pass drug screening Must be able to work in all weather conditions and seasons. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 25lbs comfortably Must have very strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to pass a flagger safety exam.

$15.00 – $38.00 per hour
