Overview:
This senior-level role ensures safe and efficient traffic flow by monitoring roadways, detecting incidents, and operating traffic management systems. It involves real-time coordination with law enforcement and service patrols, managing digital message signs, and documenting incidents. May lead shifts, train new staff, and handle complex operations with minimal supervision.
