Minimum Qualifications:

• Journeyman lineman (or equivalent documented experience) with at least 5 years of field experience working as a journeyman lineman in the electrical industry
• Proficient in OSHA, NESC, LOTO, and other relevant safety regulations
• Capable of climbing both wood and steel structures
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience or interest in training others
