Lineman Instructor – Part-Time/Seasonal 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 9481 Highway 11, Trenton, GA 30752 About the Role Southeast Lineman Training Center (SLTC) is looking for experienced Journeyman Lineman to serve as Part-Time or Seasonal ELP Instructors . In this instructional role, you’ll support our full-time staff by leading classroom sessions and hands-on training for students preparing to enter the power delivery industry. This is an excellent opportunity for retirees, lineman between contracts, or anyone seeking a flexible, impactful role without the demands of full-time fieldwork. Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students in safe work practices, climbing, rigging, and other core lineman skills
• Assist with field and classroom training under the guidance of SLTC’s full-time staff
• Serve as a role model and mentor aspiring lineworkers
• Contribute to a safe and professional training environment Qualifications
• Journeyman lineman with 5 or more years of relevant field experience
• Familiarity with OSHA, NESC, LOTO, and other safety regulations
• Ability to climb wood and steel structures
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency What We Offer
