This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist in the operation of heavy equipment, including loaders and backhoes, under the supervision of experienced operators. Support cabling and electrical tasks, including low voltage and high voltage installations. Operate bucket trucks for various tasks as required on construction sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to problem-solving efforts on-site. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience with heavy equipment operation, including loader operation and bucket operation, is a plus. Knowledge of cabling systems and electrical work will be advantageous for candidates. A strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites is essential for success in this role.
