Production-based (competitive rates, paid weekly) Job Summary We’re looking for a dependable Aerial Lineman with experience working on fiber and coax lines to join our fast-growing team in South Louisiana. If you’ve worked in the field doing pole transfers, major aerial pulls, or strand/lash work , we want to talk to you. We’re a hands-on company that specializes in fiber and coax splicing , but we’re also open to training motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the right know-how . If you have experience in the field and are willing to grow with us — this is your shot. What You’ll Be Doing Perform aerial line construction including pole transfers , fiber pulls , strand/lashing , and coax placement Read construction prints and understand job scopes Operate bucket trucks and aerial gear safely and efficiently Perform fiber and coax splicing (if qualified — or train with us) Work alongside other crew members to meet job deadlines Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE What We’re Looking For Experience in aerial fiber and/or coax construction Comfortable climbing poles and working at heights Familiar with pole transfers, tension pulls, strand, lash, and coax line installation Fiber or coax splicing is a huge plus — but not required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn and grow — we’ll teach the right person Must be self-motivated, dependable, and ready to work Why Join Us?
