Lineman and grounds man Gibbs Underground Contracting LLC 306 Parker Drive, Jefferson City, TN 37760 Experience in coax cable , the knowledge on how to splice coax of all size , know how to build spans with strand and cable and lash it up .. etc ( but not necessary will train if need to be )
