Full Job Description Location:

Durham, NC Travel:

up to 25% to required locations (not a road warrior role)

Bonus:

Up to 15% A client of ours is looking for a Senior/Lead technician who is being involved in the Learning and development (L&D) function right now. Helping the technicians to get up to speed in the field. This role has a lot of growth potential, as you would be setting up the training road map with the help of current L&D members and with time, you would be looking to hire somebody alongside you. Renewable energy (solar) field experience is a must (5+ years) At least 1 year of experience in L&D or training technicians Knowledge of

NEC, NFPA
