Position Overview As a Wind Site Technician, you’ll ensurethe smooth operation of wind turbines, directly addressingmaintenance, troubleshooting, and system issues. Your contributionsare vital in maintaining clean, reliable energy for localcommunities, regardless of your background in wind, electrical,mechanical, or heavy machinery sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair wind turbines with your team to keepcommunities powered.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and performsafety inspections.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve turbineperformance and share best practices.
  • Document your work andcontinuously improve operational processes.
  • Accurately time codeall work activities to support clear tracking of task duration,progress, and operational efficiency. Who You Are
  • At least 6months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of windturbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
  • Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engagedapproach to responsibilities.
  • Safety-conscious and committed tobest practices.
  • Able to work well with others and enjoycollaborative environments.
  • Physically fit, comfortable workingin various conditions, and at heights.
  • Ability to speak, read andfollow instructions in English.
  • You have a high school diploma(or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legallyauthorized to work in the U.

Salary &Career Growth We offer attractive pay packages, performancebonuses, and opportunities to support your professionaldevelopment. The base pay salary range for this position is$27.43-$33.43/hr., with potential for additional variablecompensation. Pay will be determined based on experience andqualifications.   • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods oftime.
  • Hearing ability to use telephones, close range radios orrelated device.
  • Visual acuity including depth perception, fieldof vision and the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Abilityto stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed, as well as hand-eyecoordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to climb stairs |ical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and at timessupervise work in confined space environments.
  • Ability to lift,push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight.
  • Ability to observe training and obtain certification in requiredsafety programs that include LOTO, Electrical Qualification, FallArrest & High Angle Rescue & Emergency Decent, and Confined Space.
  • Ability to successfully participate in all training courses,including controlled decent practical exercises.
  • Due to designparameters of fall protection equipment, the combined weight ofprospective employee, required PPE and gear shall not exceed 300lbs.

Required PPE and gear may weigh up to 40 lbs.
