$20-$30/hr (based on experience) Valid Drivers License required We’re looking for a talented and reliable Skilled Carpenter / Remodel Technician to join our team in the Birmingham area. If you’ve got 5+ years of hands-on experience in cabinet installation, tile work, finish carpentry, painting, and drywall repair — we want to talk to you. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work independently or with a crew to deliver high-quality results on residential remodels and custom projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Install cabinets with precision and attention to detail Lay tile (floor, wall, backsplash) with clean, consistent finishes Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, and custom woodwork Interior painting and drywall repair/patching Read and follow project plans or direction from lead carpenter/project manager Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of proven experience in residential remodeling or carpentry Strong skills in cabinet install, tile work, trim, paint, and drywall Basic tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Punctual, dependable, and customer-friendly Must be located in or near
