Additionally, thisrole requires a strong focus on safety protocols and adherence toindustry standards, ensuring that all installations are completedwithout incident. Pay:

Up to 30 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in installation work, with a minimum of 2years’ experience. Strong understanding of ductwork installation techniques andsafety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in relevant installation practices or safetytraining. Experience in project management or team leadership. Familiarity with industry-specific tools andtechnologies.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage installation projects, ensuring timelycompletion and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provideupdates throughout the installation process. Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on bestpractices and safety protocols. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirementsand prepare necessary materials and tools. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industrystandards during installation activities.
