We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cabinet Maker who is eager to grow with us over the long term. While initial compensation may be modest, we are committed to teaching you everything you need to know, from A to Z. You don’t need extensive prior knowledge, but you should be comfortable handling tools. What You’ll Do:

Construct, assemble, and install cabinets and other wooden structures according to blueprints and specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to shape, cut, and finish wood materials with precision. Hang doors and ensure proper alignment for functionality. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer design and material recommendations. Participate in restoration projects, restoring or refinishing existing cabinetry and furniture. Execute flooring installation as needed, alongside cabinetry work. Maintain an organized and safe workspace, ensuring tools are stored properly after use. Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

What We’re Looking For:

A person who’s eager to learn and grow within the company. Comfortable with hand tools like chisels, saws, drills, and sanders. Willingness to develop skills with power tools, including routers, table saws, and nail guns. Some carpentry knowledge is helpful, but not required. A willingness to learn is key. Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality craftsmanship. Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. Good communication skills for working with the team and clients. A commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of the job.
