Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Mill and fabricate materials from raw stock, follow instructions Contribute creativity to design solutions Meet project deadlines Maintain time records and job records as described by supervisor Maintain all tools and equipment, aid with material inventory and shop cleaning General shop maintenance Qualifications and Skills 2+ years’ experience preferred in creative carpentry, Custom Fabrication or similar CNC operation or programming is a big plus Skilled in reading plans & problem solving Proficient working with Wood, Metal, Paint & Fiberglass Hardworking with an eye for detail, creative outside the box thinker Work well with others in a team environment Proficient with all aspects of using hand and power tools Fiberglass and painting experience a plus Dependability, honesty and a great work ethic is key
