Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented High-End Cabinet Maker to join our custom millwork and cabinetry team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience crafting premium-quality cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork for luxury residential and commercial projects. A passion for fine craftsmanship, precision, and working with high-end materials is essential. Pensacola, Fl. Monday

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications to build custom cabinets and millwork. Cut, shape, and assemble wood and composite materials with a high level of accuracy and finish. Operate woodworking machinery (CNC, table saws, jointers, planers, edge banders, etc.) safely and efficiently. Apply expert knowledge of joinery, wood types, veneers, and finishing techniques. Sand, stain, and finish products to meet high aesthetic and functional standards. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure quality and project alignment. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet client and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in fine cabinetry, custom woodworking, or luxury millwork. Proficient in reading technical drawings and cabinetry shop plans. Expert understanding of wood species, veneers, laminates, and hardware systems. High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Familiarity with modern woodworking tools and CNC equipment. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Formal training or certification in woodworking or cabinetry (preferred).
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with luxury residential, yacht, or commercial interiors. Knowledge of LEED standards or sustainable materials (a plus). Custom furniture building experience. Finishing and spraying experience (conversion varnish, lacquer, etc.)
