Cigar City Cabinets , one of Tampa Bay’s fastest-growing and most respected cabinet companies, is hiring a dedicated full-time installer to take the lead on all cabinet installs. We’re not a big-box retailer — we’re a locally owned, customer-focused company known for quality work, clear communication, and doing things the right way. We complete 4-5 kitchens per month , and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in the details and wants to grow alongside us.
What You Can Expect:
✔ Consistent, well-scheduled work
- 30 to 40 hours/week ✔ $65K
- 80K/year based on experience and monthly volume ✔ Exclusive rights to all company installations

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in cabinet installation , including modified cabinet work and intricate molding/trim details Must have your own truck, tools, and insurance Bring your own preferred helper if desired Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and professionally in client homes Familiar with semi-custom cabinetry, and able to adapt on-site when needed We’re offering more than just a job — this is a partnership with a company that understands the value of a great installer and wants to make sure you’re always busy, always respected, and always paid fairly.
