The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and maintenance person services, with the ability to restore, build, and install various structures and fixtures. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, performing installations, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. The Builder will play a crucial role in transforming spaces and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various building tasks. Restore existing structures and fixtures to their original condition or better. Build new structures according to specifications, ensuring they are plumb and level. Perform cabinet installation and other carpentry tasks with precision. Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and materials needed. Handle heavy lifting as required during the construction process. Apply plaster and other finishing materials to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, maintenance person services, or a related field. Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with construction estimating is preferred but not mandatory. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
