You’ll own your relationships in your region What You’ll Do Prospect & Build long-term relationships with builders, developers, and interior designers Present our high-quality custom closet, garage, and cabinetry solutions Negotiate, Close & Follow-Up to ensure project satisfaction Work with our in-house team to manage quotes, designs, and timelines Be the face of Tru Home Pros in your assigned area ✅ Who You Are ✔ Already networked in the construction, remodeling, or interior design industries ✔ At least 3 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in cabinets, closets, kitchens, or home services ✔ Comfortable with 1099/commission-based income and managing your own pipeline ✔ Organized, accountable, and driven to exceed sales goals ✔ Located in Florida and ready to visit job sites and meet clients locally Real Income Potential Our average B2B project is ~$26,000.Our average customer send us 5-10 projects annually, so Just 10 clients can mean $100K+ per year.
