The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills in construction and repair, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role involves performing various tasks related to cabinet services, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities Build and install structures, including cabinetry and shelving, with precision and attention to detail. Perform service work, punch lists, and field modifications Remove and reinstall cabinet doors and drawers Operate hand tools and power tools, including electric drills Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Deliver consistent and high-quality results Assist in cabinet installation in new construction and remodel projects Assist in deliveries and shop work. Adhere to work schedule Experience Candidates should be mechanically inclined, handy with tools, and have a background in construction or a related field, with experience in the following areas being highly desirable: Caulking techniques and applications. Building structures with an emphasis on craftsmanship. Trim carpentry skills for interior finishing work. General knowledge and experience with various hand tools. Knowledge of restoration processes for damaged areas.
