Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Closet & Cabinet Installer to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. In this role, you will install custom closets, cabinetry, and organizational systems in residential and light commercial spaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Install custom closets, cabinets, and storage systems according to design specifications Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions Safely operate hand and power tools Load, transport, and unload materials as needed Maintain a clean, professional job site Communicate effectively with clients and team members Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site when needed Ensure all installations meet company quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in cabinet, closet, or finish carpentry installation Own tools and reliable transportation (truck/van preferred) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must have liability insurance or be willing to obtain it

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position . Pay is based on the scope of work and experience. Top installers have the opportunity to earn competitive income per project.
