Requirements:
Lamination:
Apply laminate materials to cabinet surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
Preparation:
Prepare surfaces for lamination by cleaning, sanding, and applying adhesives as needed.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards before passing on to the next production stage.
Maintenance:
Maintain and clean laminating equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to coordinate workflow and ensure timely project completion.
Safety Compliance:

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in laminating, woodworking, or related fields is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Previous use of table saws
