The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of cabinet installation, with a focus on delivering high-quality service for high end clients on Florida’s Treasure Coast. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The candidate will have their own business and operate as a 1099 contractor on an as needed basis. Pay is based on skills and experience. The candidate will be paid by the cabinet for each cabinet installed. Experience Minimum of 5 years experience installing kitchen cabinets, closets, and vanities. Proven experience in the custom cabinet industry, particularly in installation and punch out. Familiarity with construction techniques and caulking applications. Be able to make on-site modifications to insure perfect fit. Ability to cut and install crown molding. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot installation challenges effectively. Extreme attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
