Lead Installer One Day Doors & Closets Stuart, FL 34994 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team and take ownership of interior door installation projects. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew of installers, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finish carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Manage on-site operations, including supervising installers and maintaining a safe working environment. Must be able to hang doors, trim molding, hinge mortising, handle boring and flush bolt jig mortising. Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and techniques in the field. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all installations meet company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Experience Proven experience in door installation, carpentry or related field. Strong knowledge of interior door types, materials, and installation techniques. Proficient with hand and power tools. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
