The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various shop operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that may include heavy lifting and assisting in various construction-related tasks. Support metal stud framing and flooring installation tasks. Engage in heavy lifting and movement of materials throughout the shop. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Assist with electrical installations and stucco applications as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Operate CNC machinery when necessary, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is preferred.
