The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks, particularly within the restoration industry. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including water damage restoration, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and flooring installation. The Installation Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform metal stud framing and other structural installations as required. Execute water damage restoration tasks with precision and care. Install fixtures, cabinets, and flooring according to specifications and design plans. Collaborate with team members to build and remodel spaces effectively. Conduct thorough inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Document completed work and maintain accurate records of installations. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as maintenance person services or remodeling. Proficiency in metal stud framing and various installation techniques. Strong knowledge of water damage restoration processes and best practices. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
