Responsibilities:
Installation:

Perform precise and high-quality installation of custom cabinets and other furniture items at client sites, ensuring they are securely and properly fitted.

Site Preparation:

Prepare installation sites by ensuring measurements are accurate, materials are on-site, and all necessary tools and equipment are ready for use.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Quality Control:

Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of installations, making necessary adjustments to meet company standards and client expectations.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during installation.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including designers, coordinators, and other installers, to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on-site.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of installations, including time, materials used, and any modifications or issues encountered.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work.

Skills:

Strong carpentry and woodworking skills. Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Communication:

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

License:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in carpentry or woodworking is a plus.

$21.14 – $22.32 per hour
