The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-end residential or commercial millwork installation. Contract-based compensation. Duties Perform installations of various structures and fixtures according to project plans and specifications. Read and interpret schematics in English to ensure accurate installations according to specifications. Ensure precision and quality in all installations. Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling projects efficiently and effectively. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Proven experience in millwork installation. Ability to read and understand construction plans in English. Must have own vehicle and tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
