We are seeking a skilled Millwork Installer to join our team and deliver flawless, efficient custom millwork installations. This role is perfect for a hands-on craftsman who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. What You’ll Do As a Millwork Installer, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork. You will ensure all components are securely and accurately fitted, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and fellow craftsmen to maintain McKenzie Craft’s high standards for quality. Install high-end custom millwork, cabinetry, paneling, trim, and casework with precision. Conduct field verification by taking accurate measurements and assessing site conditions to make necessary adjustments. Coordinate effectively with contractors and other trades to ensure smooth installation processes. Follow installation drawings and design specifications carefully while adhering to safety standards. Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain project schedules. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Must use required PPE including steel-toed boots, protective eyewear, hearing protection, and hard hats. Commitment to following all McKenzie Craft safety guidelines at all times. What You Bring Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or carpentry installation. Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, fasteners, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and site plans accurately. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure flawless execution.
