The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a strong understanding of cabinet construction, installation, and remodeling. This role involves working with various materials and tools to create high-quality cabinetry that meets our clients’ specifications. The Cabinet Maker will collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards. Duties Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications. Build, assemble, and install wood and granite cabinets according to design specifications. Utilize power tools, CNC machinery, and hand tools to cut, shape, and finish materials. Perform remodeling tasks as needed, ensuring precision in installation and alignment. Apply caulking and other finishing materials to enhance the appearance and durability of cabinetry. Collaborate with team members on projects, providing input on design and construction methods. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the building or installation process. Sand, polish, and prepare wood surfaces for high-quality finishes. Install kitchen, bathroom, and other cabinetry on residential or commercial projects. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in fine carpentry and cabinet making. Strong knowledge of power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking techniques. Familiarity with remodeling processes and installation techniques for cabinetry. Ability to read and understand plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings and specifications. Experience or willingness to assist with granite work.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) as required. A commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Take on-site measurements and fabricate custom cabinetry. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
