Full Job Description Custom Cabinet Salesman Position Overview:

We’re growing and looking to add a skilled Custom Cabinetry Salesman to our team. We specialize in crafting high-end, custom cabinetry for residential and commercial spaces. We make frameless euro style cabinetry with full overlay. As a member in our growing business, you will be responsible for generating leads using our marketing data, building relationships with clients, and closing sales of custom cabinetry solutions.

Requirements:

Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct in-home consultations to measure layouts and sketch designs in order to provide detailed proposals and quotes. Provide guidance on design options, materials, and finishes to ensure clients are fully satisfied with their choices. Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution Have all communication with the customer on timelines and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinetry, construction, or home improvement industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to understand technical details and translate them into clear, compelling proposals. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. The ideal candidate can work as commission base per project
