The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be capable of transforming residential spaces through renovations and improvements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to bring their visions to life. Duties Perform construction painting, ensuring high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, and trim. Lay tile with precision, adhering to design specifications and ensuring durability. Execute carpentry tasks, including framing, installing doors, windows, and other structural components. Install various types of flooring, such as hardwood, laminate, or vinyl, while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality. Handle cabinet installation with attention to detail for both functionality and design alignment. Restore existing structures or features to enhance their appearance and usability. Utilize Bluebeam software for project planning and documentation as needed. Conduct masonry work for patios, walkways, or other outdoor features. Build custom solutions tailored to client specifications while adhering to safety standards. Perform construction inspections to ensure quality control throughout the remodeling process. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields is essential. Proficiency in construction painting techniques is required. Experience with tile laying and flooring installation is highly desirable. Strong carpentry skills are necessary for successful cabinet installation and structural work. Familiarity with masonry practices is a plus. Knowledge of Bluebeam software is beneficial but not mandatory. A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
