The Installation Technician will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities Install frameless and framed cabinetry…including necessary hinge and drawer guide adjustments Efficiently adjust cabinetry doors and drawers to facilitate decorative hardware installation Create decorative molding applications as described in plans Be familiar with current design trends as they relate to cabinetry installation. Install decorative appliance panels, including flush inset applications. Fabricate components as needed for specific installations. Lay tile with precision, ensuring proper alignment and adherence. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Perform electrical installations as required, adhering to safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and layouts. Apply caulking for sealing joints and gaps in installations. Engage in concrete forming for structural projects as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during installation processes. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or installation roles with a focus on the skills listed above. Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment related to installation tasks.
