The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, with hands-on experience in various trades. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation Technician will be responsible for executing installation projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities Perform installation tasks including cabinet installs, cabinet refacing with laminate and installing molding such as crown. Assemble and install components according to schematics and project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Conduct construction painting as required for finishing touches on installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Experience Proven experience in laminating cabinets and installing new cabinets. Experience using hand tools and power tools in a construction setting. Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate assembly and installation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
