Wood Millwork Specialist 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Marietta, GA 30066 Wood Millwork Specialist Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Wood Millwork Specialist for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company based in Marietta, Georgia. In this role, you will work with planers, saws, and other woodworking tools to fabricate building materials like doors, moldings, stair parts, and wooden window components. Pay Rate $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm 3-day weekends ! ! Wood Millwork Specialist Duties and Responsibilities Operate planers and saws to prepare wood materials and products according to job specifications. Use hand and power tools to fabricate parts for stairs, doors, moldings, and wood-framed windows. Use various measuring tools including tape measures, caliper, and levels. Load and unload materials. Follow blueprints or verbal instructions for custom millwork. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with general shop duties as required. Additional related job duties as assigned by management. Wood Millwork Specialist Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Previous experience in a wood mill or professional woodworking setting. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools, including planers and saws. Comfortable standing for extended periods in a mill environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Drug screening and background checks are required.
