Lead Cabinet Builder Renew Medic by FIX Norcross, GA 30093 Job Summary We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Cabinet Builder to join our growing team in Atlanta. The Cabinet Builder will be responsible for fabricating high-quality cabinet boxes and drawers efficiently and precisely, while upholding our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence. This role reports directly to the owner/general manager. Key Responsibilities Build, repair, and assemble high-quality cabinets and components Maintain shop organization and equipment, ensuring safe and effective use Collaborate with technicians and leadership team on job specifications and timelines Occasionally assist field technicians with removals, installations, pickups, and deliveries Always follow and enforce safety protocols Accurately interpret technician documentation and translate it into actionable production steps Prepare cabinet components for finishing team, ensuring proper sanding and prep work Keep material inventory current and communicate supply needs proactively Suggest improvements and solutions when problems arise— we value self-starters Use tools such as table saws, routers, edge banders, sanders, and other woodworking equipment Utilize and learn our DASH job management system to manage workflow and tasks Support office team with timely updates to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in cabinetry, furniture, or trim carpentry Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Comfort with a wide range of woodworking equipment and tools CNC machine experience is a plus Experience in restoration, insurance claims, construction, or mitigation a plus Commitment to safety, accountability, and professionalism Why Join Us?
