Responsibilities Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete construction tasks. Assemble components and cabinets according to project specifications. Conduct frame carpentry work, ensuring structural integrity and alignment. Collaborate with team members on the construction site to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required throughout the project. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in power tools, installation techniques, frameless and frame carpentry. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites is required. A valid driver’s license may be necessary for transportation to various job sites.
