Job Description
Experienced Custom Cabinet Builder & Millwork Expert The Material Reserve 165 Trade Street, Bogart, GA 30622 We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Custom Cabinet Builder & Millwork Expert to join our high-performing fabrication team. This hands-on role includes working with woodworking equipment, hand tools, field measurements, and interpreting technical drawings. The right candidate is a seasoned craftsperson with strong technical abilities, precision-focused, and committed to producing high-end custom work.
Responsibilities:
Operate woodworking tools and equipment to cut, assemble, and shape custom wood components. Apply knowledge of materials, cabinet hardware, and construction techniques. Accurately interpret and work from shop drawings, blueprints, and layouts. Build custom cabinetry and millwork pieces to tight tolerances and design specs. Program and operate 3-axis/4-axis CNC machines with relevant software. Stay on schedule and meet deadlines while maintaining production quality. Uphold accuracy and detail throughout the entire build and finish process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workshop environment. Follow company safety procedures and protocols. Communicate clearly about job progress, site changes, or any delays or issues.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in custom cabinetry or similar woodworking field. Ability to read and work from detailed technical drawings and documents. Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adjust on the fly when needed. Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team. Clear and professional communication skills. Comfortable multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Powermill, etc.) preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working on your feet, bending, kneeling, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.

$17.00 – $49.00 per hour
