The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and cabinet installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves working with various types of wood and tools to ensure high-quality installations that meet our clients’ needs. The Installation Technician will be responsible for interpreting measurements, executing installations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret measurements and technical drawings to determine installation requirements. Perform installation tasks including drilling, cabinet assembly, and cabinet mounting. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes. Conduct construction estimating to assess project needs and materials required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation. Experience in frame carpentry, cabinet assembly, and cabinet installation. Ability to communicate with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
