The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Installer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the installation of roofing, flooring, and trim carpentry, ensuring that all projects meet safety standards and client specifications. Responsibilities Perform construction inspections to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Install bath/showers, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks, including caulking and trim carpentry. Execute flooring installations with precision, adhering to design specifications. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, contributing to the overall success of the job site. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, promoting safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise. Plumbing experience is a PLUS. Experience Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred. Familiarity with roofing systems and techniques is highly desirable. Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to carpentry and installation tasks. Experience in trim carpentry and flooring installation is a plus. Ability to plumb accurately and understand basic construction principles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
