Cabinet Builder Ware-Butler, Inc. 88 Main Street, Detroit, ME 04929 The Cabinet Maker is a specialized role in the Ware-Butler Building Supply manufacturing sites. The cabinet maker will encompass the operation of woodworking machines, the use of hand tools, prepare measurements of interior space, and the ability to read and understand shop drawings. Must adhere to all company policies and safety standards. Must have carpentry experience and knowledge of building materials. Must understand production machinery. Able to custom-build pieces accurately. Timely completion of production and finishing. Reviews all products, pre and post-preparation, to customer satisfaction and corrects errors as needed. Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines. Contributes efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Report damage to equipment, inventory, or property to the immediate supervisor the day it occurs. Perform tasks deemed necessary by supervisory staff. Work as a team player with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Experience in cabinet building preferred but will train. Experience in finish carpentry. Ability to read, understand, pay particular attention to detail, and act upon written language required. Must be self-motivated and able to communicate respectfully. Knowledge of building supplies preferred. Ability to repeatedly lift objects up to 50 lbs unassisted. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist repeatedly throughout the workday.
