Our regional building materials supplier is a leading provider of staircase-related products and solutions for construction and home improvement customers. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Stair Builder to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Wood Working Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality staircases using specialized machinery and equipment. Your attention to detail and woodworking expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate wood lathes and nail guns to shape and assemble staircase components Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate construction Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficient workflows Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Experience operating wood lathes and nail guns Strong woodworking and carpentry skills -Must have 3 years woodworking experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment

Working Conditions:

This position is based in our manufacturing facility and requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with power tools. A first-shift schedule is available.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $25 per hour. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role with our company.
