What You’ll Do As a core member of our team, you’ll work on stunning, custom wood projects from concept to completion. Build one-of-a-kind wood doors, millwork, and various wood focused projects using detailed blueprints and specs Work hands-on with both modern woodworking machines and traditional hand tools Collaborate with designers, clients, and shop team members to deliver exceptional results Keep your workspace tidy and take pride in every detail Occasionally assist with installations to see your creations come to life onsite What We’re Looking For 7+ years of professional woodworking experience Mastery of woodworking machines and hand tools: saws, routers, sanders, joiners, shapers, etc. Strong understanding of joinery, finishes, and custom construction techniques Excellent blueprint and tape-measure reading skills Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn

Bonus:
