Cabinet Maker/Installer Wood’s Cabinet Company Inc. Benson, NC Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cabinet Maker and/or Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet making and installation techniques and be capable of installating projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients. This position will require that all installations meet quality standards and are completed on time. Are you a hard worker and a fast learner with an eye for detail? Do you like working with your hands? Then this position may be right for you. While we are looking for an experienced cabinet installer we will train someone with the willingness to learn. Duties Assembly and Installation of custom cabinets, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various cabinetry tasks. Read and interpret cabinet drawings and layouts to accurately execute installation plans. Work with other team members for best practices and safety protocols. Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and prepare necessary materials. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Experience Experience in custom cabinet making installation work recommended. Proficiency in reading cabinet drawings and layouts is essential for successful project execution. Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in the custom cabinet industry. Previous experience as a cabinet installer. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients alike. We will train the right person!
