Job Description We are seeking a talented and creative Custom Cabinet Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet design, and a passion for transforming ideas into functional, beautiful cabinetry. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and our in-house production team to bring custom designs to life. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their cabinetry needs, preferences, and space requirements Provide accurate measurements and layout plans Prepare material lists, and fulfill selection orders Coordinate with the production team to ensure design specifications are followed during fabrication Revise designs based on client feedback or structural considerations Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies Requirements Proven experience in custom cabinet or millwork design Strong understanding of cabinet construction and woodworking techniques Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Degree or certification in interior design, industrial design, or a related field Familiarity with CNC manufacturing processes Experience with both residential and commercial projects What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development A collaborative and creative work environment
