The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to stucco application, cabinet installation, and flooring installation. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to interpret blueprints effectively. As a Remodeler, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Perform stucco application and repair as needed for exterior finishes. Install cabinets, doors, and flooring with precision and attention to detail. Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing in various applications. Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the visual appeal of remodeled areas. Restore existing structures while maintaining their original integrity. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields. Proficiency in stucco application, cabinet installation, flooring installation, caulking, and construction painting. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions. Experience with welding is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
