This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who knows their way around a woodshop, works efficiently with others, and doesn’t need handholding to get the job done right. Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on cabinetry cutting and assembly • Experience and technical knowledge of cut lists, table saw & wood working power tool operation, and wood assembly production

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, 40 hours per week. Provide general assistance around the shop, including some administrative and technical tasks. Lead the preparation and fabrication of cabinet components, including cutting, assembling, sanding, masking, finishing and installation. Ability to operate equipment such as table saw, miter saw, drill press, router, drills, etc. Interpret and execute detailed cut lists with precision Build custom cabinets and millwork from start to finish Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently to deadlines Collaborate with a tight-knit team of designers and builders Take ownership of your work with minimal oversight Load and unload company vehicles safely and without damaging materials. Clean, maintain and organize materials, tools, shop space, and grounds as needed and directed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience in carpentry and proficiency with hand and power tools required Strong communication skills, with the ability to work as a team Detail oriented, with an understanding of geometry, dimensions, and basic math skills Prepared for the physical demands of a construction environment, including standing for long periods, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks consistently and in a timely fashion High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver’s license Fluent in English Legally permitted to work in the U.S. and over 18 years of age Qualified candidates should email portfolio or photos of previous work.
