The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves the installation of various structures and components, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Duties Perform metal building erection and installation tasks according to project specifications. Execute frame carpentry, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately complete installations. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Apply stucco finishes as required for projects, maintaining high standards of workmanship. Engage in remodeling projects, adapting existing structures to meet client needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Conduct masonry work as needed, ensuring durability and compliance with design specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in metal building erection and installation is preferred. Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques is essential. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is required. Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment related to construction tasks. Experience with stucco application and masonry work is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role. Previous experience in remodeling projects will be considered an advantage.
